1. Click the "Reach Alert" link at left.
2. Click "My Account" on the top-right of the page.
3. Select "Create Account".
4. When prompted, enter your contact information.
5. For "Network Name", type "Fremont".
6. Select "Residence" or "Business".
7. Enter your address and click on it when it appears on the dropdown list.
8. You'll receive a 4-digit code. Enter on the registration screen and click "Validate".
